A podcast content workflow for busy marketers
You're running socials, the newsletter, the site — and now the podcast. Here's a workflow that fits the show into your week instead of taking the whole thing over.

Recording the episode is the easy hour. Everything after it is the load: the edit, the clips, the captions, the notes, the thumbnail, the posts. That pile is what turns a weekly show into a second full-time job.
A workflow that works for a busy marketer has to collapse that pile, not just organize it. Here's the shape of one.
Step 1 — Record without overthinking it
Record on whatever you already use — Zoom, Riverside, StreamYard, or a local file. Don't pause to fix stumbles or restart over a cough. Trimming those is the tool's job, not yours, and worrying about them mid-record only slows you down.
